Tools for this machine

Only supported, reviewed fields are loaded. Missing values and loaded weight must be entered by you. Stock tire measurements are nominal. Limits remain conditional on the complete owner’s manual.

Configuration and source qualifications
  • The 300 lb cargo-box limit is separate from 740 lb total payload. We do not publish a ROPS test weight as a vehicle loading limit or infer towing permission from a rear recovery point.
  • Use the exact model-year/trim manual and vehicle labels. Unknown fields are not transferred from related models.

The 74-inch published width and 136.5-inch length are useful trailer starting inputs. Measure the machine with mirrors, replacement tires and accessories; a nominal trailer class is not its clear opening.

RZR Pro R: why deck width changes the answer

Calculated example, not a trailer recommendation. This 2025 two-seat Sport is published at 136.5 × 74 inches. A 72-inch clear deck is 2 inches narrower than its stock footprint, so a lengthwise rectangle does not fit even with zero edge allowance. A measured 144 × 82-inch deck with 3 inches reserved at each edge leaves 138 × 76 inches: 1.5 inches of remaining length and 2 inches of remaining width.

The gate is a separate measurement. A 73-inch gate is 1 inch narrower than the published machine even when the deck is wide enough. Enter the actual deck in trailer fit with Pro R dimensions loaded, then use the opening inputs in the Will It Fit planner. These margins do not establish tie-down space, loading-path clearance or weight capacity.

Compare 32 versus 35 inches from this stock baseline

The manufacturer lists 32 × 10R15 tires on both axles. Comparing 32 to 35 inches gives 1.5 inches of theoretical radius gain and 9.4% more nominal diameter. An indicated 50 mph becomes approximately 54.7 mph with unchanged original calibration. A 4:1 gearing example becomes approximately 3.66:1 equivalent reduction relative to the original tires, without changing the actual gears.

Start the Pro R tire comparison, then check effective gearing and overall width. A 35-inch example is a calculation, not an approved tire upgrade.

Transport weight: 2,183 lb is the manufacturer's estimated dry weight, not a scale reading of your loaded setup. The 740 lb total payload and 300 lb cargo-box limit are different limits. No towing rating is verified in this record; a recovery point does not supply one.

Maintenance & owner reference

Find the exact owner’s manual for service intervals, oil/fluids, air-filter care, battery procedures and drivetrain inspections. If a field above is not verified, it is deliberately withheld. A capacity is not a complete fill procedure, and no universal service interval is assumed.

Read the reference guide and use the printable pre-ride checklist. A completed checklist is a reminder, not a vehicle inspection certificate.
