Calculator entries
In this release, calculator inputs are processed in your browser. The site has no accounts, database, or server-side calculator submission. It does not save calculator entries in cookies or local storage. The report preparation box on the contact page stays in your browser and does not transmit a message.
Email correspondence
If you email [email protected], your address and message are handled through the operator’s email service to respond to your request and keep necessary correspondence. Do not send sensitive personal information. Contact the same address to ask about your message or request its deletion, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
Hosting and access data
The hosting provider may process connection and request data, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and timestamps, to serve and protect the site. If deployed to Cloudflare Pages, review Cloudflare’s privacy policy for provider practices.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 support is included but remains inactive until the operator supplies a valid measurement ID. Once enabled, an optional prompt asks permission for analytics on each page visit. Declining loads no Google Analytics tag; accepting allows Google to process page and device/connection data and use analytics cookies. The choice is not saved by this site, so the prompt may appear on subsequent pages. The integration sends the clean page URL and page title, not calculator inputs, report text, or URL query strings. Google’s privacy policy explains its practices. Advertising consent is not granted by this analytics prompt. This site includes the Google AdSense script for publisher ca-pub-6365314094200033. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies and process device, connection, and browsing data to provide, measure, and personalize advertising, depending on consent and account settings. The script connects to Google even if no ad is displayed. Ad delivery depends on site approval, account settings, and applicable consent requirements. You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and learn about partner-site data use at Google’s partner-site privacy information. The site operator must configure any required advertising consent messages through AdSense Privacy & messaging or a compatible certified consent platform. The optional analytics prompt is separate and does not collect advertising consent.

For privacy requests, email [email protected]. This policy must be reviewed when hosting settings, contact collection, analytics, or advertising practices change.
Browser-local machine preferences
My Machine stores only a reviewed machine identifier on this browser. The optional pre-ride checklist stores checkbox states and a date locally. These preferences are not uploaded to a server and require no account. Use Clear My Machine or Start a new check to remove them. Calculator entries are not saved by these features. Optional analytics events use reviewed record/tool identifiers and never send search text, calculator values or checklist states.
